I have done research and actually purchased leads from other sources before
finding clientshop and wasn't too happy with my close ratio. The first time
I ordered from clientshop I ordered 3 leads and closed 1, which more than paid
for the advertising through clientshop. Then I ordered 14 more and closed 8.
Others in my office started to get curious about my lead source because I
wasn't making any cold calls and was still funding and closing loans, so I
started referring clientshop to everyone in my office. Now over 11 people in
my office are experiencing the same success in this advertising. I am so
happy with clientshop that I will never use any other lead sources again,

sent. Then one of these leads sent a referral that ended in a sale. That's four
sales from 5 leads-- an 80% ratio! I don't know if the next set of leads will

will be happy to know I am enjoying a healthy profit off these leads, I'm sorry
I don't buy as many as some people, but that's because I am buying them for my
own personal use, and I cant handle anymore work, lol. I have purchased a total
of maybe 14 leads so far, and have closed 4. That doesn't look so great I guess
but the avg. loan amount was $190,000!!!! making me roughly $6,000 on each
(profit). Everyone in my office is bugging me for my source, but ill never let
it out!! I know you don't want to hear that, but I'm a greedy one, heh. Well
